My name is Annie, and I like to think I wear the pants.

Since graduating from The University of Texas in 2023, I’ve stayed true to my busy-body nature and kept my calendar full and my tabs even fuller—balancing startup life, grad school, and an endless pursuit of design inspiration.

My 9-5 at an affiliate tech startup feeds my love for commerce and algorithms, while my evenings at Columbia University remind me that yes, I did voluntarily sign up for more homework. (Geometry flashbacks with my dad still haunt me, but he remains my favorite tutor.)

By daydream, I’m a curator of beautiful things—whether it’s an antique table, the perfect pair of ballet flats, or a DIY that didn’t totally fall apart. I was raised by a Louisiana-born abstract artist, so a love for color and creativity runs deep. I've moved around more than a circus tent, but NYC is home for now, where I ball on a budget and romanticize the heck out of my tiny apartment.

This blog is my digital diary of all things lovely, practical, and occasionally sparkly—fashion, interiors, art, and a little tech sprinkled on top. Come for the ideas, stay for the bargains, and feel free to grab a Topo Chico (*or preferably a martini) and stay a while.
